CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Items cannot be returned without a RA number. We will refund the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable
 
WHAT IF THERE'S A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?
If we have made an error, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for customer error. You must notify us of any errors within 30 days of the order.
 
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If the shipment arrives damaged, we will do our utmost to determine the source of damage and will work to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. You must notify us VIA E-MAIL of any damages within 14 days of receipt of your order.
 
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Because of the custom nature of our name labels and clothing stamp, once an order has been processed changes usually cannot be made. If you would like to make a change after submitting an order, please contact us immediately since processing usually starts right away.
